Kurzbeschreibung	Our ‘Chambres d'Hôtes’ is based in the unspoiled hamlet of Espousouille, high in the mountains of the Pyrenees Orientales

Beschreibung

The property is a traditional 18thC Catalan farmhouse that has been refurbished to provide very comfortable, spacious accommodation with private facilities. There is a guests’ lounge with a wood burning stove and large private roof terrace. We have 1 double, 2 twins and a bunk room giving a total of 8 places.
Espousouille is an ideal starting point for many mountain activities in the area, throughout the seasons. A few yards from our door is the Tour de Capcir footpath, mountain bike routes, Nordic Ski trails, snow-shoe walks and the alpine ski runs of Formiguères and Puyvalador are behind the village. Rafting, canyoning, climbing, paragliding, via ferrata, parcours adventure and caving can also be arranged. The resort and amenities of Les Angles are less than 10 minutes drive away.
Guided walking is available from Simon, your host and a European Mountain Leader {Accompagnateur en Montagne Europeen}, who will also be happy to advise independent walkers.
