Dompierre is situated in the Somme in the lovely Authie valley. We are close to the Sea and within easy reach of Arras, Hesdin and Abbeville. Hesdin is a medieval market town and there is a large market held every Thursday with a great variety of stalls. The location is ideal for fishing, golf, walking, biking, wind surfing, etc. There is lots to do and many places of interest to visit. The battlefields of the Somme are only a short car journey away and there are lots of good restaurants in the surrounding areas. There are markets to be found each day in one of the nearby towns. Come and enjoy river trips and picturesque fishing villages. Whether you stay with us for one night or longer you will receive a warm and friendly welcome from Dee and David and their two lovely Labrador dogs Ella and Daisy.
